A new skincare brand preparing to launch needed a more considered way to present its products and overall brand to customers both online and in-person. The work focused on shaping how the brand is perceived refining its story and strengthening its positioning to create messaging that feels intentional and credible. The result was a more cohesive brand presence making the business more confident in how it communicates and more aligned with the level it aims to operate at.
